Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Dress to impress! We're thinking spring-friendly formal attire. No judgements here though, dress in whatever you feel comfortable.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting), followed by dinner and dancing in the indoor pavilion. If you’re concerned about footwear, there is a combo of grass and gravel for the outside portion, but the walk between the locations is very short.

The festivities will continue at the after party located at the on-site dive bar! Feel free to bring a comfy change of clothes for this part if you’re staying at Full Moon.

What should I bring?

• Cash for after party cash bar from 11pm-1am (no cards or bar tabs are accepted and there is no ATM on-site)

• Jacket or sweater in case evening is chilly

• Bug spray & sunscreen

• Toiletries/medicine; the Front Desk has emergency and basic medical equipment (bandaids, tylenol, etc) but the nearest pharmacy is approximately 20 minutes away

• Umbrella (just in case)

• Hair-dryer if you need one

Will there be cell phone reception?

There is no cell phone reception at Full Moon Resort. However, there is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the facility, no passwords required. Most cell phones have Wi-Fi calling capability. Calls within the U.S. are available at all times at the main Inn.

What kind of transportation is in the area?

If you are not staying at Full Moon, your options to get to Full Moon are limited to driving your own car, or calling a car service. Unfortunately Uber and Lyft do not operate in the area.

Can I bring my pet?

Nope

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Personal alcoholic beverages are allowed in the rooms but not in public areas due to State Liquor Laws.

Can I bring my kid?

Yep! But there are some things to consider if you are staying on-site at Full Moon. The reception is from 7-11, and while it’s incredibly convenient to have accommodations super close to the pavilion, children may not be left alone in any room per Full Moon’s guidelines. If you bring a babysitter please note that that you will need to include them in your RSVP count, although your sitter will not be able to join us at dinner. Only certain rooms have access to kitchens/fridges, so please let us know if you require special accommodations for your sitter so we can try to place you in a house with these amenities.

What snacks & beverages are available during my stay?

All of your meals from check-in to check-out are included (Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast). As far as snacks go, there is only a beverage vending machine in the billiard room and the closest store is 20 minutes away.

Therefore we encourage our guests to bring their own snacks and beverages if you think you want food outside of meal times. Keep in mind that most rooms do not have refrigerators, but the reservations manager can let you know if your room does.
